In March of 2019 a couple of good friends who were former alcoholics and drug addicts felt a calling to reach out and help others who had once struggled to get clean like themselves. To get started they assembled a church league softball team, started inviting people out to dinner, and talking about Jesus while giving their testimonies. Just a few months later the group had went from 2 to around 15 people from different backgrounds. We were able to secure a small building in Woodstock, AL in October and had opening service in November 2019. The opening service began with one of the original two founding members giving his testimony.
